Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities: - Oversee identification and management of compliance risks. - Monitor and report on compliance efforts. - Ensure adherence to CBSL circulars and internal standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Banking, Business, Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, Physical Science, or Law. - Part qualifications from ICASL, CIMA UK, ACCA UK, or AIB preferred. Experience: - 9 years in banking or financial institutions, with 4 years in a managerial role. - Knowledge in Anti Money Laundering, Corporate Governance, and Ethics. Remuneration: - Salary: Rs. 164,730 - 230,330 per month + allowances. Age: - Not more than 45 years (age limit waiver for state employees).
