Amangalla Executive Chef Position Location: Galle, Sri Lanka Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Executive Chef for our premier luxury resort. This role demands culinary excellence and strong leadership in a high-end environment. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-4 years as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in luxury resorts or 5-star hotels. - Experience in Sri Lanka and overseas preferred. - Strong leadership, creativity, and innovation skills. - Knowledge of international and local cuisines. - Culinary degree or equivalent is preferred. - Exceptional communication skills and teamwork.
